I'm looking for the Emptage family, specifically Bart Emptage.
Bart was born and raised in New York City in the east 90's. He would be now in his sixties.
His mom was I think, from the West Indies, but I dont know his Dad's origins.
Bart went to Brooklyn Techinical High School.

We where good friends in the 1950's and 60's.
