All that I have been told, which I need to try and confirm is as follows...

John Winter born abt. 1827 married, 1852 in Green Turtle Bay, Bahamas to a Rebecca (surname unknown)born abt. 1831....John fathered a son when he was abt. 16 years old...son was John or James Samuel Winter born abt. 1843 in St Johns, Antigua ( different names in UK cenus sheets).
John & Rebecca had two children...Sarah & Edward born in Green Turtle Bay, Bahamas.

Father John was a Merchant....son John or James Samuel was a Mariner.
