Hi all,
I know this is a long shot, but i'm looking for my grandfathers mother - she was Rachel Mary Williams born c1884/1885 - gave birth to my grandfather Marcus James 24/12/1911 in Woollaston House Workhouse Newport, he was left there on 27/1/1912 and adopted to a Newport couple Frederick and Alice Channon, I understand Williams is a very common name, i'm just hoping someone will know about him.
