Hello - I am totaly stuck with my Irish family that made a stop in Wales before coming to the U.S. I am hitting many dead ends. I eagerly awaited an Entry of Death, only to hit another wall. I was hoping for the informant to be his spouse (Mary McCarthy), so that I could confirm it was the right family, but the cause of death says Found drowned, and the informant is listed as the Coroner for Monmouthshire! The date of death says 22 Jan 1866 in the Brecon (?) Canal, Parish of Pauleague. It says an Inquest was held 9th February 1866. Is there a way to investigate/get a document for the inquest? I'd be soooooo grateful for any help!
