Michael,
I am researching a family member...William JONES who married between the years of 1839 and 1840. He was born on August 15, 1810 and died on Feb. 3, 1840. I know that a son was born of this marriage in 1840 (the year he died), so I'm assuming that this is where he lived/died. Is this something your research can help with?
Sincere thanks!

Would you be so kind as to look and see if there is a marriage record for Aaron Burleson (b. ca. 1700) and Sara Thresher (b. ca 1712). They are said to be from Caerlon, Monmouth; I am guessing that it should be Monmouthshire?

Hi My ancestors William JONES and Eliza ANTHONY were married, I think, in about 1838 in northern Monmouthshire - they lived in Llanwenarth AND Llanelly. He said in census returns that he was from Llanfoist (born about 1816) and she was from St Woolos, Newport (born about 1818). I don't know their fathers' names - I just wondered if this information would be on your marriage index, please? I have searched the Llanfoist baptisms register and couldn't find a record of William's birth.
Thanks.

Hi Mike
I have now obtained a copy of their marriage cert, which has enabled me to go back another couple of generations via the IGI.
Thanks,
Luisa

Could you please have a look in the parish records for a marriage between Mary Ann Jones And James Buckingham Nicolls DUNSTAN. I think they were married in the district of Chepstow circa 1832-1837. Any help would be appreciated. Malcolm.

Hi, I`m looking for a marriage of Roland Roderick Hughes born 1818.Father Richard mother Margaret. He re-married in Australia in 1863. His marriage certificate reads that he was a widow from Anglesey.North Wales.
Also a marriage between Thomas Davies and Margaret Evans Abt.1862. Father William Davies mother Margaret Davies. Margaret Evans certificate reads Father was Daniel Jones, mother Leticia Hally. This also may have been a second marriage. Thomas died in Australia age 30 and Margaret re-married. These 2 families intertwine and are my relatives.
Kind Regards
Linnie
