My grandfather was Alfred Parry b 1873 married to Catherine Lewis and then Lily Ann Davies. His siblings were Margaret, Lewis, Benjamin, Minnie and William. His father was Lewis B Parry b. 1845married to Mary Ann Samuel and his siblings were Mary, John Rhys, Thomas, Ann and Benjamin. This generation moved from a farm in Llanstephan, Radnorshire to Merthyr Tydfil with their father John Rhys Parry and his wife Margaret Jones where they had a pub called The Black Lion.
