I hope someone can help me.

I have Martha Elizabeth Williams b.1886 Neath who married Herbert John Quick in 1907 Neath (I need to get the cert). I can not find them at all in the 1911 Wales Census, or any indication that they are in England. Are there some Census Records missing for Wales?

If someone could find them on the Census Records I would appreciate it.
