Need help! My great grandfather 'Willie' or 'William' Fedeli was born in 1903 in the Glamorgan area. He is thought to have 1 twin brother (Lewis) who died at 0 and another brother 'Albert'or 'Alberto'

Neither of their birth certificates says the child's father. We really need to know who the father is and where in Italy he came from. Is there anyone out there that can help?
