I have found Evan Rees Phillips born 1888 and his brother John on a boat called the Arabic, arriving in New York 18th Oct. 1910. It says his mother Sarah is already in Milwaukee.
I think this is the death of James Phillips,
Jul.Aug.Sept Quarter 1906 aged 42 Pembroke Dyfed Volume 11a Page 634.
