Wales: Sometimes lumped with England, sometimes with Scotland/Ireland

My initial DNA summary was: 71% England and Wales, 16% Ireland/Scotland, 8% Germanic Europe, 5% Norway.

I log on a few weeks later and it's changed to: 48% Ireland/Scotland/Wales, 16% Great Britain, 16% Scandanavia, 9% Europe West. The next day, the summary reverts back to what it was originally. Anyone know why it keeps changing back and forth? I get that as new data come in, the summary may change, but why is Wales grouped differently depending on the day? Does Ancestry consider Wales Celtic or more English? And why do they sometimes use "Great Britain" as a region and other times use "England/Wales"? I understand there is overlap and grey areas, but the ever-changing terminology is very confusing.

And why does 5% Norway turn into 16% Scandanavia, then change back to 5% Norway?

I'm having trouble making heads or tails out of it all.
