Please could anybody help me find a Rosser in the above places. My father was born in Shingrig Road, Nelson, in 1914, his name was Stanley Rosser. His father was Charles Richard Rosser, born 1877 in Llandogo, Monmouthshire, and his mother was Alice Rosser (nee Highnam). Her family also lived in Shingrig Road. I am desperate to find a Rosser, so if anybody can help I would be very grateful.
