Hi, Im looking for Ann Hughes

in 1841 at Pen-Y-Genulan
Ann age 15 is with her parents
John Hughes 35 farmer
Mary 55
and Brother Hugh 11

on the 6-3-1847 at the parish church in Llandrillo Yn Rhos
Ann Hughes Married Thomas Evans.
Residence at time of marriage was given as Pen-Y-Geulan
Thomas father - Morgan Evans
Ann Father - John Hughes

1851 census
Ann is 24 with Daughter Catherine aged 3 living with her parents John 48 and Mary 64 at Colwyn Llandrillo Yn Rhos

could someone please look up the 1861 census and see if they can find any information on Ann and her Daughter Catherine.


Thomas Evans was a convict and was tried in Denbigh 19-10-1847 for stealing a mare(property of
cadwaldr Evans) from Matthew Evans . and was sentenced to 7 years transportation, Thomas arrived in Tasmania on 5-10-1850 on board the 'Nile'

Brother - Morgan..
Thomas was a Widower who's wife had died circa 1846.

My confusion is that if Thomas' Wife died circa 1846, then he married Ann in 1847 is Ann Catherine's real Mother or
step mother.. so that is why im trying to find as much information as possible on Ann Hughes and daughter Catherine.

hope this makes some sort of sense and someone can help me with information..
