Hi, Hopefully someone can help me. I am trying to obtain a birth certificate for my children's great grandmother. I know she was born in Wales, but not where. Her parents packed 4 of the children up and sailed to the states on the "Empress of Ireland", the youngest child was born aboard the ship. Not long after the arrivial to Canada, her mother died from substaining injuries from a fire. The father gave them up for adoption. Trying to get her original birth certificate, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
