Think you are going to have to be more specific,how can we help with grand children if you don't know the names of the parents.Begin with yourself and move back down the years it does mean having to buy BMD certs.until you get to the 1911 census then far more help will be able from people on the site.People can help with finding marriages etc and giving you the info that is available from the indexes but you will have to buy the certs,unless of course you live on the door step of the record office that the event took place in.
