Hugh McLeod born about 1728 in Assynt and his wife Catherine MacKay with three daughters left on the vessel Hector from Loch Broom in July 1773 for Pictou, Nova Scotia. Also going on the Hector were Hugh's brother Alexander and his wife Elspie born about 1745 with three sons, Donald born about 1763, James, and Hugh. Anyone else researching Hector passengers?
