John and Marion (Merran) had many children in Dornoch and perhaps Proncy, two being James (b. 1820) and William (b. 1832). I believe that James and William (and perhaps other siblings) moved to Canada (New Brunswick, then Oxford Co. Ont.) James married Ruth Havens and had 4 children. Then William married Ruth Havens and had 4 more children. I want to confirm that Ruth's husbands were in fact brothers; that their parents were this John and Marion; and how and when James died.
