Apparently many of my HALL ancestors are buried in the St Ninians Old Churchyard.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could access further information about the graves in this cemetery?

If you can help, please contact me.

St. Ninian's Old Churchyard
grave #450--(square) Wm. Hall & Ann Stevenson

No Hall graves in St. Ninian's New Churchyard.
The Monumental Inscriptions are all pre 1855

Sarah - I realise that your messages are a few years old now - so if you still look in on the boards, this is an update on Halls in St. Ninian's Churchyard.

The Churchyard contains many post-1855 graves, not just pre-1855 ones.

The pre-1885 MI Book (Mitchells) lists one grave:

William Hall & Ann Stevenson.

There are no other details listed in the book so I presume the stone only bears the two names.

Anne

this graveyard has unfortunately been closed to the public, but you can contact the local council office to find out about the lair details as these can sometimes give more information on who is buried there in addition to those recorded on the gravestones. you can email them at cemeteries@stirling.gov.uk
