I am researching the McLaughlan's from Greenock,Scotland from around the 1840 through to 1880's.
The McLaughlans came from Donegal and Derry Ireland in the 1840's. A Patrick and Susan McLaughlan ,sons Francis,Michael, Patrick,Daniel,and daughter Ellen who later married a McIntosh.
Patrick(snr) died around 1845 and Susan died in 1880.She married a John McIntyre around the 1860's and lived at East Quay rd.She was Susan Ralston (maiden name) but sometimes went by Ann or Susannah. Any help would be appreciated.
