My grandfather was Joseph Waters, of Savannah, Georgia.
his father's name was Jesse Waters. His Mother had several children and possibly more than one husband. She is reported to have placed several children in orphanages, possibly, Bethesda. I have not been able to find anything else
about these Waters or where they came from. Could there be a link and do you know anything else to add to my little bit?
