Court Bridge or Corkbridge?

Surnames: Webster
The place of birth for Sarah Ann (---) Webster (wife/o Thomas Webster), b. 15 Jul 1853 or 1860, is noted as Court Bridge, Scotland in the 1881 Southwick, Durham, England census, and as Corkbridge, Scotland on her USA passport application in 1921. I've looked for town names that sound like or is spelled like both of her noted places of birth, but have not been able to locate anything that seems reasonably similar. Does anyone know of a Court Bridge or Corkbridge located in Scotland?

Coatbridge is actually what it says on Ancestry 1881.

Coatbridge is a town in north Lanarkshire.

Another possibility, but less likely, is Cockbridge, a small community in Strathdon, Aberdeenshire.
Population-wise, Coatbridge has a lot going for it.

Thanks, you all, for the suggestions. My copy of the 1881 census for Southwick, definitely says Court Bridge. Strange they are different. I'll try searching in Coatbridge for the family - not only was Sarah born there in 1853, but her son, John, was in 1877.

If you look on ScotlandsPeople (www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk) which is free to search but pay to view, you will find there is only one John Webster born 1877 in Coatbridge, and three of that name between 1876-1878. Birth records show the names of both parents, the mother's maiden name, and date and place of marriage.

Scotland's people show that John Webster was born 5 March 1877 in sheep ford, old monkland (doesn't exist anymore and is now described as Coatdyke (on Coatbridge outskirts). Parents Thomas and Sarah ann Smellie. Parents were married in 1876 on June 5th.
