Hi again
I´m not sure where you can view the Procurator Fiscal´s criminal records. I think you could find out through the Scottish Courts (you could google Scottish Court Service to see if they have an archive section). You might be able to ask the scotlands people website about amended death records. I´m on holiday at the moment and my brain is in "holiday mode" so not functioning very well! when I get home I could see if I can find out.
