I was wondering if some kind soul with access to the Fife Family History Society (FFHS) CD entitled "Pre-1855 Fife Death Index" could do a look-up for me, please?

I am looking for the deaths/burials of people with the surname SMALL in Fife shown on this CD, which unfortunately I can't access where I live. I am especially interested in the period 1730 +/- 10 years, but would be keen to all the SMALL deaths if it is not too many.
