I am trying to find the parents of Mary (Gray) Young. We have her born in Kilmarnock, Scotland July 19, 1899 d. June 22, 1899 in Summerville, Hants County, N.S. She is buried with her husband Alexander Young at Gays River Cemetery, Gays River, Colchester County, N.S. On her headstone is says Mary H. Gray but on her obit it stated Mrs. J. Mary. I can not find a Mary but I do find a Margaret in the LDS IGI b. Dec 17, 1817.
Does anyone know anything about this family?

Send correct birth date, I'm sure she didn't negatively age and die before she was born. Did she marry in Scotland ? That would be the document to get. She should also be on censuses which began 1841, hopefully still in Ayrshire. MegG

She was born in 1817 and died in 1899.
She married Alexander in October of 1836 so I have no idea when she left Ayrshire nor when Alexander left Aberdeenshire.
