MARSHALL -- John (Jack) suddenly at home on May 17, 1994. Born April 9, 1911 in Maybole,
Scotland, Jack came to Canada in 1914. Survived by his loved and loving wife of 45 years, Joan; 2 daughters Kathleen Mary and Sheila Margaret and husband Jim SMITH; and Jack's beloved grandson Paul Joseph; also by his sister-in-law Edith; nephews Douglas and his wife Barbara and Jeffrey and Craig. Jack joined the
Seaforth Highlanders of Canada in 1927, served with them in WW II in
England, Sicily, Italy and Holland from 1939 to 1945. Was a life member of the
Seaforth Regimental Association. He was employed by
Spencer and Eatons from 1945 to 1976. There will be no service at Jack's request. No flowers please, donations to a charity of your choice. A tea for family, friends and Seaforths will be held on Saturday, May 28 at 3750
