I am a grandson of Margaret McCreadie who was the youngest of the family of Thomas McCreadie and Mary Davies. In fact Thomas and Mary had 12 children. margaret married Andrew Caitens and with their three children migrated to Australia in 1911. would like to discuss further with you.

Dear Margaret, My Grandfather left Scotland (Ayrshire)to live in Green Lane Middlesex UK (He was an inventor in the engineering line) He had a brother that migrated to USA (David)His son James Edward migrated to USA his other children were Georgina, Margaret & Thomas Tannock McCreadie(my father)who migrated to Australia.I am a beginner in genealogy, your site attracted me because of the many christian names that we have in common as well as our Surname McCreadie.

Dont have any of the names that you have in your Mc Creadie line. Our Mc Creadies came from Girvan Ayrshire and before that Old Luce Wigtown. Sorry. Hope you find some more Mc Creadies
