Sorry to confuse you....I was trying to post an eye-catching heading that would attract the right people! On shipping records, this Hamilton family have Kilwinning Ayr as their place of origin. The other Hamilton family on the same voyage have Lismahger, Lanark (spelling is from the original record...so may have been a good 'guess'!)
