I don't know if forum members are aware of the Scottish War Memorial Project and the Scottish War Graves Project?

The Scottish War Memorial Project now has over 2000 war memorials throughout Scotland photographed and available to view on the forum including 1124 out of the approximately 1400 civic war memorials of Scotland recorded.

Visitors are free to browse the forum looking for names but we are also looking for more volunteers to help us update the forum and help visit the 282 civic memorials still to be photographed and recorded on the forum

We aim to photograph and transcribe all headstones and church memorials in Scotland which have a military connection, not just the Commonwealth War Graves headstones.
