Sisters Alice and Eliza PARSLOW married brothers Walter and Robert WARDROP from Dublin. They were daughters of William & ? Susan Parslow. Two earlier Parslows, William and Thomas both served in the 2nd battalion 44th Regiment with Thomas earning a medal at Waterloo. It is thought that Thomas was the grandfather of Alice & Eliza above, and also known that they occupied land at Ballyhaddock in Griffiths Valuation 1853.
