looking for Thomas wiley (1741-1810) married to Jenny Sellards (1760-1831) they lived in Kentucky/USA. Thomas was born in Ulster, Ireland and his family is from around the area. Just wanting to know more about them and if there's any info on the Sellards/Brevard families as well.

Ulster is a province not a place. Ireland was divided into 4 provinces.
The province of Ulster consisted of these counties:
Antrim, Armagh, Cavan, Derry, Donegal, Down, Fermanagh, Monaghan and Tyrone.
