I need some opinions about a handwritten name and the order of events in a Valuation Revision for Crossdernot, Pomeroy, Tyrone.

I believe that James Smyth (Plot 5) was an ancestor of mine. The name above his is Sarah Mc_______. His mother's maiden name may have been Sarah McIntyre, his wife's maiden name may have been Sarah McMitchell. This name looks different though. Any ideas?

1) Did James and Sarah live there at the same time? Or was James replaced by Sarah at some point? It looks like his name was lined through twice. All of this information is in black ink.

2) The red ink changes come in 1877 when Sarah is replaced by Kennedy McMullan (?)
