Get back to them and tell them you got the wrong information and your not happy.Put your foot down,i got the wrong information about someone i enquired about but luckily i knew the right name,they apologised and looked it up again and said i was correct.You paid for information and you should get the right information or your money back.There are so many people out there with wrong family information and probably wrong families altogether,they just dont realise it.I'd get back on the phone or computer and tell them straight out that you got the wrong information.
