I am looking for Michael Armstrong ( born abt 1826), in Sligo County. He married Eliza Ewing in Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada, in 1850. Eliza was born in Ireland, on January 25, 1831. But I don't know where. Eliza's family was Scottish, her mother's name was Mary Shaw Fair and her father's name was John Ewing, Born February 1771, in Scotland. Micheal and Eliza lived and died in Simcoe County, Ontario. I have traced back this far but seem to be at a brick wall now. if anyone has any information at all, please drop me a line. I am willing to share my family file.
