There's no baptism for Anne in the St.Peter's Catholic parish on the date mentioned - I suspect the record you've seen may be the extract of the Civil Birth record on FamilySearch - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FR3C-148 Many of these records are incorrectly captioned as baptisms.

The index and register image for Anne's birth is at the following link : https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details...

date 21st March 1864 (better to use an international format date)
Father Thomas Murray, landholder
Mother Honor Gilmartin
The registration district is Athlone, sub-district is Brideswell which was based in Co. Roscommon, the place of birth & residence looks like Currantotan/Corrantotan, which is a townland located on Kiltoom civil parish. The informant of the birth is the father Thomas.

The baptism took place in the Parish of Cam & Kiltomb - date is the 24th April 1864 - https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000633897#page/56/mod... the parish is located to the north west of Athlone

p.s. There is also a Church of Ireland parish of St. Peter's in Athlone.
