Not all of Ireland's parish records go back as far as 1805 but you can try a general search of Ireland through
www.rootsireland.ie It does not have records for all of Ireland's Counties but most of them.
Thomas and Eliza would of married about 1836 and children follow usually every two years.
Their parents names would be represented in their choices for names: 1st. son the father of the father; 2nd. son the wife's father; 1st. girl after Eliza's mother and 2nd. after Thomas's mother.
There are many, many Casey's but you have a first name and an initial which might help.
Edward is the better choice if he was born in Ireland, Edward would have been fairly unusual in those times. The more out of the norm the name is the easier it will be to find a record.
The choice of Thomas would come after: John, James, Patrick, and possibily Matthew

www.census.nationalarchives.ieWoodward is a reasonable rare name in Ireland in the Griffith Valuation there are only 16 in all of Ireland. Antrim, Cavan, Donegal, Down, Dublin, Leitrim, Londonderry, Meath, Tipperary N.,
Tyrone and Westmeath. I'm sure there are Casey's in all counties, as there are 3,229 of them.
