I am researching Philip Finnegan(1883 - 1955) married to Bridget Quinn (1885 - 1918) of Drogheda, Louth. His parents were Michael Finnegan (b. abt 1856) and Margaret Murphy (b. abt. 1860). His siblings were John (married to Edith Ryan in 1930 census), Stephen, Rose and Margaret (per 1900 census). They lived in Brooklyn, New York - most common address Carroll Street. Lots of traveling between Brooklyn and Monaghan early 1900s. Margaret, Philip's sister, was a single teacher in 1930 census. Finnegan is actually a colateral family, Quinn is my family but I'm hoping the Murphy side loops into my Westmeath Murphy McDaniel relatives. Are your Finnegans the same family?
