hi meg, Thank you for info, I think I've found Richard on 1871 census with John 16, Richard 12, & Mary 13.at 2 Dockhouse (looks like) Boitry. East All Saints Newcastle St.Anns. But have been unable to find anything further re death and where. The census shows him as a Widower.Need to find when he went to england---when and who he married & where ----his wife's place of death and when. also his place of death. I am presuming thwey were Roman Catholics.As an old lady I am struggling with this,maybe you have further info that may help me. Many Thanks..Fillthegap
