I am trying to trace my Davis family. The common christian name in the family was Jones, ie. Jones Henry Davis and the name at some stage became Kidd-Davis.
I know that a Jones Henry Davis married a Mary Kidd in Jan 1851 in Queens County. He had some siblings, a John, Frances and possibly a Samuel. I think they came from Tipperary originally but am not sure.

If there is anyone out there who has any information, I would be very grateful.
