Does anyone know of a J. Glass, photographer, and if so, at what point he was in business in Londonderry?

I have an old photo that was done by "J. Glass, Carlisle Rd., Londonderry". As my mother's ancestors were from the north of Ireland, I know it's a relative of hers.

I would sure appreciate any help that I can get, as knowing when he was in business would help me identify the person in the photo.
