I have Peter McBRIDE b.c.1831 in Moneymore, Co. Derry. His father was Patrick McBRIDE, a farmer.

Peter immigrated to Australia in the 1850's where he worked first as a labourer, later buying his own property which he named "Springhill", the same name as the large estate near Moneymore. He married an Australian, Mary Anne McGILL.

I am interested in hearing from anyone who thinks they might be connected to this family, or with any further info on the McBRIDE's of Moneymore.
