On Ancestry, searching Ireland, Civil Registrations, Death, I was given Jane Clark Ors Farrell in my search for Jane Farrell. Also in the list were other women with "Ors" as part of the name. Can't find it with Google, but I'm thinking it's the equivalent of "nee."
