Hi Lorraine. We had a similar trip to Ireland 2 years ago and found the houses in Meeting St had been replaced by a petrol station and a fire brigade station. I have photos. We did discover that my LEARY grandfather, who also never spoke about his Irish heritage, left behind 1001 Leary cousins! We are going back to Ireland in August to visit some of them. I have some information on my grandmother's siblings, Polly and Hamilton, who lived in the USA. Although "Uncle Matt" lived not far away in Warrigal Rd., I never inherited much information about his family. I am guessing you are Dudley's daughter. I would be pleased to chat with you.
