hi all...I posted this in the wrong place yesterday, so here it goes again:
hi...my great grandmother was married and had her first child in Galway. Her name was Elizabeth Mitchell and she married Cornelius Guerin. They listed Caltra, Clonbrock and Mt Bellows between the 3 documents - marriage, birth, baptism. My grandmother's name was Mary Josephine Guerin. Elizabeth and Con immigrated first in 1889 to NY. Mary Josephine immigrated to the U.S. through NY in 1894 w/ 2 Mitchell relatives, Mary and Patrick.
I've been searching and I think Elizabeth's parents were Patrick Mitchell and Maria Mannion (sometimes Mary Manning).
Con Guerin was in the RIC.
Can anyone help me with this?
