In 1974/75 John Divenney sold a ruined cottage situated on Crohy Head, Dungloe to Mr Johnston. I was interested in having it then but Mr Johnston had first refusal so I was disappointed.
The cottage has remained roofless and untouched ever since and last year I started to make enquiries about it again.
In the meantime, John Divenney has died and I am told that it is likely that Mr Johnston has also passed away. The Land Registry records show Margaret Johnston to be the cottage owner but I cannot find out where this lady lives.
Can anyone help me?
