McGroarty, Bernard & Susan: left Donegal for New York, USA by family sloop from family home, (now known as the Central Hotel/Bank?). Children included: Tom, Mary (Jack Ryndress), William James (married Florence Lawlor), Cathleen (married a Duggan). Tradition has it that family may be related to the Keepers of St. Columbine's book.
