I have just obtained a copy of some shipping documents for Ellen Coffey who immigrated to Australia on the "David McIver" in 1856. The documents state her native place was Kinsale and that she was a housemaid. Her parents were John Coffey and Ellen McCarthy. Would there be anyone able to connect to the above or be able to advise as to where I go from here. What I would like is to find the baptisms and/or marriage of John Coffey and Ellen McCarthy.
