I just made a similar post on the Wilson Surname Board.

I'm looking for information and ancestry on my great grandmother, Elizabeth Anna Wilson, who was born in Cork, Ireland on 28 Jun 1912 and traveled to the United States where she died in California of tuberculosis (sp?) on 03 Dec 1943. Her mother's maiden name was Black.

During her time in the United States, she married a man from Italy by the name of Salvador Frank Martorana and they had two children: Frank and Anna Eveline, the latter of whom was three when her mother died and spent most of her childhood in and out of hospitals for being a carrier of tuberculosis (sp?). Both Elizabeth (who, I'm told, often went by "Lilly") and Sal were buried just outside of San Francisco.
