I have found out that the National Library in Dublin only keep records of Castlehaven and Myross baptisms from October 14 1842-December 1880.
My next step is to write to Father Curran to ask him if any siblings were baptised of a John Regan-tenant farmer and his wife after 1842.
I will also ask his advice on getting a baptismal record for George Michael mentioning Skibbereen R C Church.
I am puzzled as to where the George comes from, it is only mentioned on the marriage certificate.In every other piece of information he is referred to as just Michael Regan.
You really have been so helpful and a mind of information.
