Do you have any other Livingston(e) names?

I have a Elizabeth Mary Livingston(E) born c1832, daughter of Thomas Livingston(E)/LEVINGSTONE, schoolomaster, born c1806, her mother is unnamed.

A witness at her 1862 Armagh City wedding to John HAMILTON was John George LIVINGSTONE (brother?) and Jane ECCLES.

The name Livingston(E) appears throughout one leg of the family as a middle name.

Hi, Thank you for your response to my 2000 posting. Unfortunately, it does not appear that the Eveline Caroline I've been seeking has any connection with the LIVINGSTON(E) family you mention. Incidently, her father (Thomas) was the son of Richard LIVINGSTON, b. 8 Aug. 1801, Lisnamintry, Co. Armagh and Ann CALVERT (1804) who were married 8 April, 1830, Tullylish, Co. Down. Your interest is much appreciated. Reg Wright

Hi,

I am reseraching my Livingston/e family linein Armagh.
James Edward Livingston b.about 1853 in County Armagh.

James married Sarah Lamb on 10 May 1876
at Mullaghglass Church of Ireland, Killevy Parish, Newry Civil District, Co. Armagh
James' address Mullaghglass. Sarah address Glassdrummond. Both fathers, Richard Livingston and William Lamb listed as farmers.

This would put his father Richard Livingston as being born around 1830.

My direct line grand-father was son of James.
...Thompson McBride Livingston b.18 May 1884
...Tullyhugh, Ballymore, County Armagh, Northern Ireland

I have been trying to collate Livingston's in Armagh/Belfast, but this proving to be a bigger job than imagined. I did have a listing for:
Civil Birth: Levingston, Eveline Caroline for Co. Armagh in 1896

Let me know if this helps?

Regards; Philip Livingstone

Hi,
I am interested in the possibility that we might have a common ancestor. How can I help to clarify your thoughts ? Reg Wright

Hi, I posted an earlier query against Richard Livingston on the same family line; but these may have been the incorrect details.
I am in the same family as Brian, so will await the outcome of your conversations.
Regards; Phil.

I have been able to link the Richard Levingston mentioned on this thread and also the Griffiths Valuation. His son Joseph took over the ownership of the land/house and is still living there in the 1911 census.

Hi Phil,
Brian has told me about your parallel interest in what we have been discussing. I think it has been a useful exchange of information thus far and hopefully more to come. I'm sorry that I did'nt respond to your June posting. Regretfully, I've been less than active in recent months. Regards. Reg
