Seeking information on William Cummings, born about 1814 (probably Cty Armagh)son of Thomas Cummings and Isabella Hewitt, and his wife Ann Jane Mitchell, born in 1816 in Drumnahuncheon (Drumnhunshin), Kilmore Parish, Cty Armach, daughter of John Mitchell & Helen Morrison, granddaughter of John Morrison and wife Ann (1821 census fragment). William Cummings & Ann Jane Mitchell had 8 children between 1840 and 1859--Thomas, Elizabeth, William, Helen, Ann, James, Jacob and Alexander. The oldest child, Thomas, married Ann Sargent in 1859 in Lurgan, around the time the whole family emigrated to Lanarkshire Scotland. The second child, Elizabeth, born about 1846, married Joseph Benson in 1866 in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, and was my great-grandmother. The third child, William, married Jane Monile in 1866 in Coatbridge and then emigrated to Illinois, USA. Any information would be appreciated. Also, any information on Joseph Benson and his wife Mary Pearson, born in County Armagh (probably), who emigrated to Toronto Canada about 1861
