He appears in my tree. In the 1881 IOM Census he is listed as the grandson of Thomas and Annie Kelly, with his mother Sarah. Thomas and Annie are my great great grandparents, their daughter Annie leaving the IOM and moving to Blackburn where she married by great grandfather, John Walmsley. They had 2 children, my grandfather Albert Henry Walmsley and Edith Annie Walmsley, both of whom were born in Bradford. I hope this helps.
